Hi Yosca,
I got my game fixed by uploading the new update. Some of the main features came back but I'm not getting the new theme quests like this one or any other. I rebooted twice and played some levels already. I only got the race, batuala and 4 in a row back. I still can't ask my Team for lives, no access, only friends. After playing a level that is not the hard one, when I need to replay, it's cut off and won't allow me to exit.

Hi @SApple2 To get the new theme and quests you could try what pitty_kitty tried to get her play right. Provided you have saved your game with King account, log out, close the game, turn off your device for a couple of minutes. Then restart you device, open the game, do not log in and play level 1. After completing level 1 you should see Halloween theme. Log into your own account and you should now also see the events and Halloween theme. If necessary, replay a few levels. If that still doesn’t help, let me know.
The Team lives thing is still under investigation and we don’t have an update yet, sorry.

You mean when you have to replay the level because you didn't win it the screen freezes? Does this happen on every level you want to replay? Is this still happening after doing the above 'solution'?

There’s like a glitch. After logging back in the computer, opening the game and clicking the play the game, it briefly shows the homepage without the theme then this “Rescue Buddies shows-up. The other player icon keeps processing until you hit the “X” button.
Then the game goes to the homepage without the theme and other features until I play one game. This happens every time I turned the computer off and log in again.
After playing the next level not winning or giving up before completing the level this happens
I can exit the game or minimize it to see the “X” button to go back to the homepage. In this case I will minimize it then exit out.
Then after exiting it brings me back to the homepage but with the new theme but without the contests for this theme.
The above process happens "every time" I exit the game, turn off then turn on the computer and going back to the game.
I’m afraid to do what you’re suggesting by doing what pitty_kitty did, log off and go back to level 1. Although my game is saved in King Account, I don’t want to risk losing all my boosters and lollipops especially the supersonic ones, also my team and my level.
This seems like a glitch after the latest update to fix the problem most of us experienced with Windows 10, losing all the features of the game. Although it brought us back to what it was before, all the extra perks, contests, did not come back and the above keeps happening. This time I also lost the race, my social-hub, the rescue buddies. I only got batula back.

When you log out of your game you shouldn't lose your boosters. You will see a warning, when you click on log out, that you will start again at level 1.
But if you log in again with the same account details (email and password) you should see your boosters. Boosters are stored in your device's memory and not on King servers. (This means when you uninstall and reinstall you will find gold bars and progress, but not your boosters).
This issue has been reported, only in portrait mode you can see the X. Instead of minimizing you could resize the game’s window; with your cursor reduce width and increase height of the window so "x" button becomes visible again.
Furthermore, I recommend clearing the cache, perhaps that will also help the game run smoothly.

I did exactly what you said:
1.) Log-out from the game, close the game, turn-off the computer for a few minutes then restart
2.) Open the game, did not log-n and play level 1
3.) After completing level 1, I saw the Halloween Theme (which I was already in after the process I go through every time I turn-off and on my computer)
4.) Logged in to my account
5.) First, my homepage was pretty empty except for the theme, then I played another game my current level 5449, then when it went back to the homepage, below is what I got. Still don't have the latest contests for this current theme and also still can't access the "get lives from team", my piggybank is not on the homepage and the cut-off screen mentioned before. Since I haven't turned my computer off after doing what you said, I don't know if I would revert back to the process I mentioned to you which I go through each time just to get to this screen. It's a pain. It's not a smooth process like before the mess we went through with all the features got lost because of the update on the 6th of October. It's losing the fun of the game unfortunately.:(

It's me again. This is crazy, I didn’t even turn off my computer just put it to sleep. When I got back to the game, it was brought back to the old homepage. I have the social hub along with the race but without the current theme and batula. If you go down after this, I regained batula but lost the social hub and the race. It’s the same like turning the computer off. This is what I go through every time even after I did what you said. Please inform the developer. I can’t go through with this every single time I exit the game.
Clicked play then play a bit without finishing then exit/quit. That’s when it went back to the Halloween Theme. No Social Hub and no race.
Clicked the level 5449 again then play, exit/quit, still no social hub or race when x out. I lost two lives already in this process.
So, what is needed to be done this time? The fix that the developer has done by having another update on the 10th didn't really fix the game completely. It's more of a pain. I see from the main discussion that other people are still having problems.
