When candy was recently reset I lost all my gold bars. I only realised today when I tried to buy extra lives using my gold bars on level 4 of the diamond rush. I paid money fir my bars and I am not very happy.

Sorry to hear about this. Community can't handle refunds as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask Player Support (customer service) to have a look at your account and hopefully reinstate your gold bars

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
