Am I invisible?
Can anyone see what I'm writing? I ask this because I have two instances where my interactions with the Soda team have been treated as if I hadn't responded. LIike I'm invisible. These interactions have affected my game play and my whole attitude about the game. If someone can contact my to assist me with these issues I would greatly appreciate it.

I see from your comments history you mostly interacted with contests here in soda community.
I assume you meant you contacted customer service (player support) directly from your game and got no response? That's very unfortunate
I'm not part of customer service, because Soda community doesn't have this role, but I'm more than happy to help you with the game if I can or help you find out why you can't reach Support 🙂

Earlier this month I choose some cookie jar rewards as well as some sapphire level rewards. I contacted support informing them that I had not received the rewards. They emailed requesting screenshots. I complied. Then I receive another email requesting that I resubmit the screenshots to which I complied all this in a timely manner. Then I get an email saying because I didn't respond on time that the case would be closed. I responded that I had complied and resubmitted screenshots again. Now nothing. Also with the contest I've submitted what was requested and I still haven't received my gold bars. These experiences have kept me frustrated and disappointed.

as far as I know there are no cookie jar rewards and sapphire levels in Soda, that's why I asked 🙂
however I can try forwarding your message to community manager to see what can be done. What's your user ID?

I expect that today or tomorrow you will receive the 50 gold bars you won in your game 🙂 (due to illness I was unable to forward this).
Regarding the jar rewards and sapphire level rewards, could it be that you claimed these rewards in Royalty Kingdom?
As far as I know this can only be used in Candy Crush Saga. In case of problems you should contact the Royal Support team 👉 here.
