Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then boosters will be lost.
We do not replace items that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team.
If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

reinstalling is the last resort option, it deletes game data saved on your device memory, in this case boosters and lives. Only progress and gold bars are saved on King account and you can always retrieve them after reinstalling. I'm sorry you went thourgh that.
Were you able to pass the level? In my game I saw no issue related to bottles 🙂
