Why am I not getting the stars I won?

So I got 3 stars on levels 52, 305, and 360 but I was only awarded one or two. I’ve emailed King support for help and they have not done anything. I am extremely frustrated because those were hard levels for me and I finally got three stars only to not he awarded them. Please let me know what the problem is. I’ve emailed support as well and their customer service is terrible.

It turns out that several levels show this same 'problem'; a 3-star score while your board shows 1 star. The Studio is aware of this.

Thank you for sharing these screenshots with us and I will pass this along. However, due to Winter holidays, it will probably take longer until a solution is available.

Hello,

I just got my 3 stars on level 2917 and on the main screen it still shows only 2 stars. In the game, the meter went past the 3 stars, so I know that i got it. Please fix this.

Played it again, got 3 stars and now at the end only one star came up. Please acknowledge and then fix.

Do you mean you saw you achieved enough points to earn 3 stars before finishing the level but when the game shows the screen with final score you don't see the 3 stars anymore?

I was able to replicate this issue only on level 360, (earned enough points for 3 stars but received only 2 in the end) and took screenshots before finishing the level and after winning the level.

If you're able to replicate this in the other 2 levels and take screenshots, it would be helpful.🙂 if you can't, that's fine

In any case I'll report all 3 levels to community manager so Soda Studio can be informed and look into this.

It just happened again on level 456. This is extremely frustrating and it’s making me want to not play anymore.
