Hello @brugenbrink I am sorry to hear you had a problem with your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

- If you spent money to buy items (money was taken from your card or bank account) but you didn't receive those items in your Soda game: please contact Player Support (King customer care) directly from your Soda app and ask them to reinstate the items
How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

- if you're unable to spend your money and make in-app purchases/ you have issues with your payment method etc: please contact support team of the account you make purchases with e.g: Google support for Play Store, Apple support for App Store etc.
- If Google Support/Apple Support etc is not able to assist you: please contact support team of your credit/debit card or bank account that handles your savings
