Prime Bundle Issues

I play CC on my iPad.

I scanned the new Prime code with my iPad and it refused to open the QR code via the game & instead only gave me the option to open in Google Chrome.

I use FB for my login in game so it opened the game via Chrome in FB with the QR code.

Now Amazon shows I have claimed my rewards but they are not present in my game on the iPad nor in the game via FB.

Any ideas?

Then the option is to contact Amazon Prime Gaming Support here

Well the FB imbedded game & the one on my iPad are both logged in via the same account.

The rewards do not show up in either game.

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
