To recap, did you contact Support again and ask them to reset your progress? Did they do it?
Which devices do you use to play Soda?
Do you have a King account and a Facebook account?

Thanks for the reply. Were the 2 accounts synced before? Or did they have their separate progress before too?
If they were never synced then the 2 accounts need to be linked. There's a procedure to do on www.king.com for that
If they were synced before then one of the 2 is not connecting to King servers now and needs to update progress. Did you try to log out, restart device, log in and play any level.to reconnect to the servers to see if progress is updated?
