Golden ticket purchase

I have purchased MULTIPLE golden ticket rewards that show 4 shufflers yet have received 0. Why put it on there to misrepresent what I'm purchasing?

I would contact king aboutpurchases. They can help direct you with those purchases. You will have to show receipt thru your email account. Hope this helps. I know in the help section they also have a catagory regarding purchases

Sorry to hear about this. Community can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask King Player Support (customer service) to send your missing items.
- How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

Also, I'll let community manager know of this glitch in the game so Soda Studio will fix it if they aren't already aware of this 🙂

Same here, I've bought 2 completed tickets so should have had 8 bags and have nothing. I contacted Customer Support twice now, the last time being nearly a week ago and still no reply from them. How many more times do I have to contact them to get an answer?

I'm sorry to hear about that. Did you check your spam folder? First they should send an automatic email you have to reply to.
If you don't find anything, then send me your game user ID number in this discussion and I'll forward the message you tried to contact King Player Support so hopefully this can be resolved and you get to have your purchased items back 🙂

As for the error in golden tickets puchase offer, Soda Studio is aware of it and it's fixing it 🙂

Thank you Kitty! I checked my spam and there's nothing in it, so they never replied. My ID is 13970655484. I've bought the tickets 2x now so should have 8 of the Pink bags added. I won't purchase the Golden Tickets until this is fixed so I hope they take care of the problems soon ... Not just for me but for everyone else who's been having the same issue. Thanks much! 🥰

Hi Kitty! I'm down for the count atm with my Lupus but wanted to let you know that I did actually get the emails from you guys ... They ended up in a folder that I pretty much never check, not spam but a different one from an old mailing group that's now inactive. Anyway, by sheer luck 1 email made it through to my normal box yesterday, I only saw today as I've been in bed most of today but luckily I caught it and was able to get a reply back to them. Hopefully with the info and screenshots I sent they can figure out something, but I saw that as of today (well yesterday now actually ast it's after midnight here now) that the Pink bags are gone from the Golden Tickets prizes. It'd be great if they bring it back at some point... even if it's not 4 and you only get 2 I'd still take it, but we'll see what happens.
Anyway, TY again for all your help, your terrific! Take care for now, see you round the forums! 😺

I'll forward your feedback about Shuffler booster being included in the offer. Did you have the chance to to try out this new booster? It's still being tested in small groups of players at the moment.
