Why did I Lose all my boosters
Level 1
I have already emailed support and got no help. Last week I was offered the join a team which I did, at the weekend i suddenly realised that I had lost all boosters lollipops pizza slices and so on. I haven’t changed devices I Tried all the usual restarting uninstalling nothing worked. Very disappointed with the response.

Hello @meeeeeakie Welcome to Soda Community
I am very sorry to hear you lost your boosters 😔
It is possible that you were not logged into your game at the time, and therefore did not see your boosters. Usually it will help by doing the troubleshooting and then find your boosters.
However, I read that you have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and unfortunately that will remove your boosters as they are stored in your device's memory.
If any boosters that you purchased and have not used yet have been removed, I recommend that you contact King Player Support. They can view your purchase history and possibly send you replacement boosters. Please note, this only applies to unused purchased boosters. Free boosters won will not be reimbursed.
How to contact King Player Support:
Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team here Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, how to find here
Good luck 🍀

I have the same problems for two weeks now. I contacted King and they told me they fixed the problem but they didn't. The third person that emailed me told me I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall the app but I will lose all my boosters. Obviously King caused this problem but they have made me think it's the fault of my device.
