Again, I’m waiting for new content. Any idea when?
Missed winning rewards and contests again because there are not enough levels. How about better timing? Maybe release more levels every month and time the release with your contests. You are punishing your best customers with your system!
Here it is Wednesday and your contests have started again. I am at the end of the game waiting for new content AGAIN. Maybe the timing is off! And then, it’s impossible to play catch up. Lousy system.
I finished 10885. I use and iPad Pro 11. 3rd generation. I have closed tabs, signed out, signed in, updated, turned off I pad, turned on I pad. Thanks for your suggestions. I am saying this is normal from Candy Crush Soda. Nothing new to see here. It just sucks sometimes. And, it makes your contests kind of rigged. If I don’t have enough levels to win, it makes it unfair.
I still find that odd, since I don't have any problem on my iPad, nor do other players as far as I know.
I always check my updates. This one said it was done 3 days ago and it took that long for your game to catch up. It happens all the time!
Great to hear @rlnpelc Then your game will now have the latest update 🙂.
I recommend that you regularly check the App Store to see if a game update is available and to install it if necessary. (sometimes there is an update of the game every week 😉)

I have version 1. 236.4 and it says it was 3 days ago.
I now have more levels. I don’t know what the problem is but they are there now.

In addition to how you can check in your AppStore which game version you have and whether updates are available:
open the AppStore
At the bottom right of the page you see a magnifying glass
Tap on the magnifying glass 🔍 and type in the bar at the top “Candy Crush Soda Saga”
You will see this:
Tap on the left pic, scroll down and you’ll see the game app version:

Then it sounds like something was or is going on in your game and that might be preventing you from accessing levels that are released every week, among other things.
That's why knowing your version of Soda app installed is important and helps figure this out. These instructions on how to check app versions might be helpful
And model number as suggested by @Yosca

As @Pitty_Kitty mentioned, it’s a bit odd you don’t have more levels 🤔
I also play on an iPad, so I checked in my AppStore the game version; which was recently updated to version 1.236.4. Btw do you still have the bubblegum background? It should look like this:
What is your iPad’s model number? Go to Settings - Info - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)
I just opened my game and it updated! As I said before, if I wait long enough it works.
I have 75 gb available. I am using 16.3.1. I have no idea what version of candy crush. There is no update available for any app right now.
Latest level should be 10.990 for mobile users as of Friday 17th

Did all that. It didn’t work. Over the years of playing this game, I have found that it’s just a lot of waiting.
If you don't see the latest levels, check for Soda app updates and try to launch Soda app , play any level and close Soda app and repeat this a few times. If that doesn't help then try disconnecting and reconnecting:
provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
