missing items

Good evening.

I paid for the expensive valentines day package, which was $29.99 and only received the bars, unlimited play time and half the rewards I was supposed to receive.

I'll attach the screenshots to show what I ordered and what I received. Keep in mind I had 10 gold bars beforehand.

* Shows what I ordered
* The 6 hours received
* The gifts received at the bottom (I had one of the hands)
* The level I was at when this happened

Sorry to hear about this. Community forum can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask King Player Support (customer service) to send your missing items.

* How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, explain your problem and send.
