Well today I don’t have the message…… but instead of day 322 it says day 2! So annoying! I have been playing this since 2014 and this is the first time I have been annoyed enough to reach out to customer support.. I got no help and then today got a survey wanting to know how they did…… ummm . Most annoying part is I spent a couple bucks trying to fix it myself and it took the bars and still reset my progress the daily reward. Ughhh! I do not know what my ID is… where do you find that?

do you remember at what time you opened Soda yesterday and today, more or less?
Did less or more than 24 hours pass between the time you opened Soda yesterday and then time you opened Soda today ?
Also which device you use to play Soda? Make and model please

I copied the text where they told me how to get the ID. Here it is:
Open the game app and tap on Profile - If the game is not connected, it will say Played before? so tap on that: they were showing an image of what it is, but can't copy that
Next, double tap on the King logo on top of the popup, and voilà, you have found your Game ID!

I typically play in mornings between 5am and 630 am. Weekend sometimes it’s later in the day. So sometimes more than 24 hours are between playing. But it’s never cause an issue before. The last two days I have played in my morning times here around 5:30 AM central. I did locate my ID number it is 4856125565 my tablet is an Apple iPad model A1566
