did you try restarting the app 3-4 times and play and win any old level?
I had some trouble loading all the event widgets so I also switched from wifi to cellular data and switched back to wifi

did you try to log out from your game account, clear cache*, restart device, log in and play any level?
*If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

I have news, there's an issue that is affecting a small group of players who do not see Season Pass, but see only the background (diorama)
a fix should be rolled out on Friday
