Google play points can be used on Google play store app.
King doesn't have access to this process.
If you make Soda in-app purchases but something goes wrong, then it's possible to contact King Player Support to ask for a refund. Please read 👉️HERE for more infos
If you receive a reply from Google sending you here in King community to solve a Google Play Points issue feel free to share the message in this discussion and I'll forward it to community manager to ask for more infos 🙂
This is like a giant circle. Google play sends me here to ask the question and this site refers me back to Google play. Does anyone know how to redeem the coupon?

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
