Since playing Wonder ball rewards after each level it freezes and I have to exit & reload every time

What kind of wonderball message are you referring to? Would you be able to take a screenshot and post it here?
Which device do you use? Make and model please
What is your game ID number? HERE's how to find it on Soda app
Does the issue keep happening after troubleshooting steps? It's useful information that helps us understand the situation, thanks
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

I am having the same issue. I am using a Windows 11 laptop and playing on Microsoft. I have tried logging out and logging in again with no change. I have attached 3 screenshots showing the sequence of screens that show. On the last screen, it won't allow you to X out of it; you have to close the application and go back in again.
I have no idea how to check for game updates.

I am having the same issues. Been playing this game for years but I will be damned if I have to close out the game everytime those screen come up in order to play 'one more round'. I have Windows 10 on my tablet and have never had any issues playing before. I will definitely delete this game if I cannot enjoy playing it. Why not allow us to close this page so we can keep playing...put the game back the way it was please.
