I’ve lost all of the boosters and had 38 hours of free playing time.

This is my second time of asking for my boosters and 38 hours of free play. I signed up for the King account and that’s when I lost everything! Besides losing the free time, I had 150+ of boosters I had earned and purchased! My e-mail is kathyross1964@yahoo.com! PLEASE return everything I’ve lost and remove me from the King account!Ive spent lots of money over the years of playing Candy Crush games. I’m on disability and my money barely pays my bills let alone have extra money to purchase boosters! PLEASE right this wrong so I can continuing playing.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced this glitch.

King account is important to save progress and gold bars so if something wrong happens in the game or you reinstall the app, you can always retrieve them afterwards on your own.

You may ask King Player Support to delete your King account as you can make choices about your data being saved by King. Note that deleting your King account means to delete all your progress, so the levels you played.

Boosters and lives are not items saved on King or Facebook accounts but on the player's device local storage. they are permanently deleted if a glitch happens in the game or you reinstall the app. They cannot be transferred if device is changed.

In case of lost purchased items like this, you may ask for a refund

Community forum can't handle refunds as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may contact King Player Support (customer service).

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, explain your problem and send.
