No easter Game or Other Games

my game hasn't worked for weeks,
 i couldn't play the easter game or the game looking for erika!! 
I already uninstalled the app and restarted my phone! 
I really don't find the game interesting anymore and I've been playing it for a very long time

Please help

    • Do you play via King or Facebook account?
    • Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
    • What device do you play on? Make and model ( For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)
    • Which version Operating System do you have?
    • Which version of the Soda app do you have?
    • Can you show me a screenshot of your map? https://www.take-a-screenshot.org

    Which Soda app version do you have? Did you check for game updates?

    You can check in Google Play Store, find Candy Crush Soda or check in Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda - scroll down and you’ll see the app version

    That is the latest version, so thatis correct. Have you ever seen Detective Season on your screen map? Or any other theme like Love Season, Battle Season etc?

    Can you check your profile settings? Try to log out, clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    Then replay a level. If your map still hasn’t changed, please repeat log out (so the app isn't running in the background), restart device, log in.
