On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! š

Players have reached out to the community in the last few hours and reported this. There might be a bug in the game but I don't know for sure since community manager is not on office at weekends. If you're willing to share your gaming details I'll be able to know more on what's going on on Monday.

Half way through 2nd cake and Iām getting a connection error level 11 since yesterday. It worked Thursday prior to the new week game.
Iāve done all of the above and still canāt get in the bakery š

As for Kimmy's Candy Hunt, Soda Studio is aware of the bug and they're working on it to fix it.
As for Detective season, that issue is being investigated as well an it should be fixed for next week of Detective Season.

Points collecting ok for yellow eggs but nothing showing to check what position you are. So where is my score?
detective season 2 is messed up too.
I did every single daily challenge, but they now say Iāve missed every one.
this game is getting ridiculous. Whatās the point in playing when developers canāt get thing working.
Itās not only soda thatās messed up. Saga is also messed up.
Waste of time playing.

Bakery should be closed now, it closes on Thursdays and opens on Fridays around 10 am CEST.

I am having the same problem. I keep getting an error connection message on their end. Can't open bakery and lost a couple rewards.
This feature issue has reported to Community Team then they are working hard to find the solution. Hopefully it will be possible to bake a cake soon.

I am having the same problem! I uninstalled the app and installed it thinking that would work but nope it's not doing it the last time I uninstalled it...my team doesn't show up at all.Its frustrating because that's my favorite event to play and it's no longer in my game! I even baked a few slices! I'm very sad!
I'm having problems with the connection error on the bakery I have played it and sliced a few pieces of cake now I'm getting a connection error and not getting any credit for the slices that I baked I have uninstalled Candy crush soda and reinstalled it now I don't see the bakery or my team at all and the bakery is one of my favorite events please fix that issue!

Dito, dito, dito. I found out that they have no customer support services, not even tech support. They are not based in the U.S.. All my e-mails (to King) responses, just direct me to this page. I also lost a lot when I re-installed.

I am having issue with Bake The Cake. I can see my team. I can open my team. I see posts where they have baked pieces of the cake. But when I go to the bakery, it says Bakery opening soon. I cannot open the bakery.
