Can no longer level up properly

Question

I'm on level 240 of on Candy Crush Soda Saga but when I go into the app, it takes me back to level 210 EVERY SINGLE TIME so I have to scroll forward before I can play. And not only that, the gift boxes won't open so I pretty much have zero everything. I've tried every single fix recommendation, deleting both facebook and candy crush, reauthorising the app (but it was already active) etc... nothing will work!! I've noticed a few other people also have this problem. Can someone help??
