Also having such experience at this point currently i had to uninstall and install candy crush and I was happy half of my problem settled with that and I didn't lose anything just had to start batula afresh. Goodluck
I really don't seem to understand the whole detective season of a thing reasons being that i had some problem with candy crush and when I got that resolved the little effort i made in daily pass of the season of detective was showing missed and I'm sure i did pass some of the daily task

Maybe is my android problem because my android is too old, and I once change to my mom's new android and the ads can run smooth every time.
I've been experiencing on-going problems with the Detective Season event.
Today I logged into my game only to discover that all the clues I successfully uncovered during the first week of Chapter 3 have been removed and (mistakenly!) marked as missed!!
The same thing occured during Chapter 2.
Why does this keep happening?
I find this issue VERY frustrating and cannot wait for this event to conclude.
