On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! 😊
Why can I no longer play Bakery and collect rewards? My team keeps playing and getting rewards but I'm no longer able to make pieces.

I have the same problem, for a long time all of my team could bake a cake every week again. But now I see the rest of my team is baking the cake and I don't get it any more! It's no fun anymore when I can't bake and get some boosters!! Please King, solve this!? Played and had fun with it for a long time, am at level 10147 now, but without the possibility to regularly win some boosters, it is not as nice to play this game, if this doesn't get solved, i'm thinking to stop playing this.
Something is messed up with the bakery. Now this morning I can't even play the game. When I open the ap it goes to where the chefs hat is and freezes. I see there are lots of posts about the bakery being messed up.

I have not been able to bake parts of the cake for a while. I'm on a team. It shows that parts of cake has been baked amd rewards available but it won't show anything else. What can I do?

We get all sorts of messages about the Bakery 🥯🧁🍰🎂but it's still Closed, We completed All the Cakes, and ran out of points, We are at Level 20?? Is anyone going to make up some more Levels??? Need to develop some better ways of getting points, kinda got stuck at 475 on a 825 point Level and no way to get more points??? Going to Fix this???

Bakery says closed. I can't claim the rewards per level that team is achieving because I can't get in

Same here, it’s been nearly 2 weeks since I’ve been allowed to bake the cake, it’s very frustrating seeing others getting the points and obviously the rewards while I’m stuck on waiting for it to show. Why can others still play it but not some.?

It's not working for me either. I see in the chat section for the event section that it says my teammates are begging pieces of cake and that we got new Rewards, but for some reason I can't play and it's not showing up on my event screen. Does anybody have any advice, please help!!!!!!!

Why can't I bake
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
