There was a problem before the update, but after that everything disappeared from the game. You can only play. I don't know where I stand in the race, I can't ask for a life.

Do you mean all events icons and detective season theme disappeared from the map after you updated Soda app? Is this what happened?
Do you see an empty fountain with no animated Kimmy nearby on the map?
That might happen, did you try to restart the app and replay any level 3-4 times?
Additionally check all troubleshooting steps:

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
