My game has been frozen since yesterday, I can't tap the level to play and I'm losing my wonderball progress. I've done all the troubleshooting tips, except uninstall and reinstall. Will I loose all my boosters and golden bars if I do this??

I saw a comment from another player who uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which unfortunately didn't seem to fix it. The problem still exists.
Hi any updates yet? I can log in daily and collect my daily reward, it takes me straight to the level I'm on then freezes there. I haven't uninstalled the app yet because I don't want to lose all my boosters and gold bars that I've worked for. Any suggestions? I've done all the other troubleshooting tips, except delete and reinstall the app, which I don't want to do. It's been like this for 6 days now.

I am sorry to hear you have uninstalled your game. As boosters and lives are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items 😔. Please read this guide 👉 crashing/freezing/loading ; select your device and follow the steps.
If that doesn’t help what is the make and model of your device you are playing on?
For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F)
For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)
What version of the game do you have?
Hi, I have uninstall the game, restarted the tablet and everything else in between. Nothing has worked so far.

Hi, I can sign in to the game but then it totally freezes. I've list all my bonuses and lives etc. It took about 8 days for me to be able to play again, then it crashed after 2 days. Help please.

I am sorry you have this experience. We have many reports and the Studio is investigating.
If you uninstall and reinstall you will lose your boosters as they are stored in your device’s memory. If you have saved your game with an account you will find your progress and gold bars.
However, because the Studio is still investigating what is causing the problem, if you reinstall the problem may still occur.
