Do you mean something went wrong with your purchase? If so, please contact King Player Support as the Community cannot handle purchases due to personal info.

I have the same way of losing my streak since Rainbow Streak was introduced.
There are players who don't lose all 5 bottles of their Streak, and the Game Studio is constantly tweaking and testing features and player feedback is important. Sometimes test groups are changed and it is possible that your Rainbow Streak will be changed one day. In any case, I would be happy to forward your feedback.

Yes, please forward my feedback! We play to enjoy the game and it takes consecutive wins to get all 5. If I don’t beat the next level I want to lose one (1) not all 5 of them like it use to be. This has gone on too long! When the game becomes not fun, that’s when people stop playing!
