It's a common bug. Post about your issue in the Support section. I just log out, log in, play a level to see if it is working, then repeat. Sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn't. I haven't been able to play the Candy Hunt on my phone for several months. But since the prizes are so lame, I haven't bothered asking for help.

Sometimes the most loyal players can't participate. Please make sure to add levels BEFORE competitions start! (I did get gold bars in the sapphire competition, but now I'm at the end.) If you can't add new levels in time, please let us replay available levels to participate.

I was in first place
Today I got a pop up saying that I am collecting candy
But so far nothing in my game although I asked some players
I already started collecting blue candies
So why haven't I got it yet?
Well, I'll summarize a few things
You delete spool and log out and log in
I turned off my phone etc
But nothing too

If you wonder where the Tournament has gone despite you being in the top 3: we've been told the tournament widget is expected to disappear between rounds.

Came 1st in the 1st round the next round was supposed to start on friday 23rd @8am BST,
But in my case it started on Sat 24th @10am BST so that means for me the players got a 24 hr start on me which meant long hrs to catch up hopefully done enough to win

Won in 1st Place, after First Time was 1st Place on June 19th.
Next Round could be end of June.
