I want to build a new team. How do I do this.? I see suggestions that show a “build team” link but I don’t have that.
I understand, unfortunately I don't have other suggestions beside creating a new one . But to actually do that you would need to leave your old team first. Before leaving the team, if you wish to invite your old teammates, you'd need to inform them through Soda app chat and give them instructions on how to find you here on the community or any other platform . So all of you can organize about the new team outside Soda app and find each other again 🙂
@Pitty_Kitty Thank you so much for following up. It kind of makes sense but I wanted the people actually playing to come with me. Team has over 1/2 ppl who haven’t played in forever

Soda Team looked into your game. they saw you were already in a team and the option to build a team appears only one leaves a team 🙂

soda is version 1.246.2 (latest version)
I logged out and cleared cache. I powered down my phone and restarted. I logged back in to the game, played, and checked again.
I still do not have “build your team “
I do not have build your team on my iPad mini 6th gen either. I went through the same process on it. Also soda version 1.246.2 and iPad iOS 16.5.1 with 47gb free

Thanks for sharing a screenshot.
@Courtney1990 's screenshot is actually helpful too because both show the option to build a team should be in a specific place but it's not available in another player's game. So I can forward both screenshots to community manager in my report.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
