Helping my mother to recover lost levels. I have explained this situation several times on this forum and keep getting emails from yourselves to yet again explain. The problem is reading these messages in gmail and outlook as ticket ID is not present when responding and the ticket id is only partially read anyhow in the heading when viewing my mothers emails.
I thought I was getting somewhere with a response from Elsa having set up a new account. But having to start from the beginning.
Summary old account holds achieved levels but mother not on facebook. Happy to give you the old and new account details/email if you can access them.
