Do you have a touchscreen ? I found that I have to scroll up with my finger instead of my mouse to pick the 4 players. π

It started doing this about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I used to be able to go to 'ask friends' to get more lives, now it has a social button that only offers me the choice of 1 ask at a time.
I have the same problem on the social screen, where I will have, for example, 10 asks for help. It only shows 4, can't scroll down, have to click on the four then close the screen, open it again, and click on 4 more, etc.
I have lots of friends, but for some reason my mouse won't scroll down to click past 3, even though more are listed.
You don't add new friends in "Shipmates".
Choose the "Social" option.
Choose the "friends" tab.
Choose "add more friends"
Take whomever they suggest to begin.

I'm not sure I follow? I also play Soda on Microsoft app and it works okay.

I'm on a desktop with microsoft so I guess that's the problem.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
