    Hello @rizla_rizla and welcome to Soda community!

    I'm sorry to hear that, are you still experiencing this issue? when did this start?

    • Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please
    • what is the current version of Soda app installed?
    • what is your game ID number? This info can be found in profile settings of your Soda app. Tap twice on the King logo you see at the top. More infos here
    • Do you read a red connection error message ("there was a connection error, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app?
    • Is Social Hub the only feature affected by this connection error?

    Does this issue persist after checking troubleshooting steps?

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    Can you confirm if you still see that message after checking the steps I shared above?

    Also, could you answer these questions, otherwise we can't help you further 😅

    Social hub est la seule fonctionnalité affecté par cette erreur de connexion

    Je n’ai pas de message d’erreur de connexion rouge

    Version de l’application soda est : 1.246.200.0

    Appreciate your answers @rizla_rizla ! Thanks for your help 🙂 I'll forward all the infos to community manager so this issue can be investigated.

    Community manager is not at work at weekends, so hopefully I'll have some news about this issue on Monday 🙂

    How can we with the new social corner ask for a life like before?? A priori it is still possible for some players. Look at my screenshot

    Hello @rizla_rizla ! 🙂

    As far as we know the majority of players has the new version of Social Hub but a small group doesn't which means someone may still be able to use Teams feature and ask for lives there.

    This is not unusual per se, when Soda developers roll out new features to players, there's always a group of randomly selected players who do not have the new feature at that moment.
