Yesterday I had trouble connecting with Facebook. That's fixed now, but I lost all my boosters. I had hundreds of them, including all kinds of lollipops, little hands, etc. Only levels are upgrading. I've been playing for 10 years and I don't want to lose everything. Can anyone help me? I have already tried to uninstall the app and write to support but for now I have not solved. Thank you

    I am sorry to hear you lost your boosters 😕

    Until yesterday, there was a connection issue in the game affecting Facebook players, which has now been resolved. However, I read that you have uninstalled the game app and in that case you will lose all boosters 😔 Boosters are stored in your device's memory, not on King servers.

    If you have purchased boosters and have not yet used them, please contact Player Support.

    but now that the problem with Facebook has been solved when I connect I have everything, the levels updated even the gold bars the things missing are the Boosters lollipops little hands etc.

    Yes I understand you. But you have indicated that you have tried to uninstall the app and if you did, all boosters will be erased from your device memory. Only progress and gold bars are registered on the King servers.

    As mentioned in my previous comment, please contact Player Support if you have lost purchased boosters. Unfortunately, the Community cannot send replacements
