I was on level 510 and went to play again only for it putting me back to level 1. What can I do to get back on the level I was on?

No, I'm not familiar with this either. I've never seen gold bars as a reward after watching an ad.
Though I don't believe it's possible to get a compesation since this is not a purchase that went wrong and ads feature is an optional feature. I guess one may try to contact King Player Support and ask them 🙂
@Pitty_Kitty Since you do have ads and I don't, you might know which ad this is about 🙂
Hello I had just recently won my second race and took the option to watch a video for 37 gold. I completed the video and when I clicked out of the video at the end, it said error and I didn't receive any of the 37 gold. Please help

Do you have a King/Facebook account to save your progress? If yes and if you're not currently seeing connection error messages, your progress can be restored 😀
