I have tried signing in to Candy Crush soda but it will not let me in. I have signed it on here which was no problem, when I try on the app it won’t let me, anybody got any answers please.

okay I contacted player support and they have sent me an email back regarding the problem I had, luckily my problem has been solved, yippee
in the mail it tells you to delete the app which I have done and reinstalled it and it has sold everything, so far. So anybody who is having trouble with error messages showing off-line just delete the app and reinstall it, that allowed me to sign back in with Facebook. I have added a photo of the email below.

Ok, thanks for sharing. that's a good sign as it means your Soda app should not be offline due to that error (unlike the one I shared above). If you still see the incorrect credentials issue I advise to contact Player support directly from the app on the ipad and ask them to look into it so hopefully they can give you access again to the app, provided you checked your credentials are correct.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit any topic and then any subtopic- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form "account login questions/issues" - "I have account log in issues", explain your problem and send.
I don't have updates related to the connection error message yet but it seems your case is different from the others. I'll see if I can find more infos about the missing Facebook log-in
Mine still shows the Facebook option, but I never logged in that way .
Usually when you open the game, you get the option to login with Facebook and none of that is there anymore

We're both Soda players and not King employees, so while I appreciate @keshavrf tag for bringing this to my attention I can't fix anyone's game or know immediately what's going on in the game.
As moderator I can collect players're problem reports and game details and forward them directly to community manager who is a King employee and is able find out what may be going on and what can be done. At that point players can be informed.
As of now you're not the only player who reached out to community this weekend and reported they're not able to log-in. We have yet to hear back from CM

For some reason I am able to play Candy Crush Soda on the app on the iPad, and also play on my iPhone at the same time and this should not be possible. The game is not syncing with each other my iPad and iPhone are different and they should not be, I’ve never had this problem before. If you look at the boosters I have on the first photo it’s different with the iPhone screenshot, also my profile picture is different. When I open the iPad I do not get the option to connect to Facebook i’ve not had this problem before it’s only been like this for about a week. I’ve done nothing different with any settings on my iPad, it’s a real strange one. Are you just somebody who is trying to help? or are you actually King’s technical support?

Hi, I have open the game on my phone (iPhone) and it works just fine. So for some reason there’s something wrong when I play on the iPad, any idea?

If your progress is saved on your Email/Facebook account it will not lost, but if you delete your apps or apps data your Stored lives, Boosters will be gone.
I’ve deleted no data I’ve logged in to Candy Crush with no problem and candy crush friends, always get the option to sign in with Facebook but for some reason there is no option with Candy Crush Soda and this is only recently, changed about a week ago.
If I was to delete the app and then reinstall it would I lose all my game data?
I have just tried to load the game on safari and I took a screenshot. The website I clicked on was apps.facebook.com this has worked perfectly, as you can see in the photo the picture from Facebook, so why isn’t it working on the app? It’s weird
