Lost progress, lost boosters

Hi, I’ve already played above level 12070 and somehow it went back to 12070 and I lost all my boosters that I have been collecting so far. I have updated my iOS, turned my phone on and off and everything else I could think off and still I am stuck at 12070 and couldn’t get back my boosters, what is happening?

This happened to me as well!! Anybody know what’s going on and why I’m stuck back at level 12070 even though in the side bar it says I’m on level 12078.

This game is already pretty frustrating, what kind of a glitch are we having and are the powers that be aware of it???

Hi both, I'm really sorry to hear you're having this issue, losing boosters and progress can be very frustrating.

First of all, I just wanted to check if you are playing on multiple devices, for example on phone and computer? If so, it is possible that the game might not sync your progress perfectly across devices at all times. Boosters are also stored locally on your device, so if you switch device your boosters will not follow you to the new device.

If this is not the case, please contact our player support team through the "?" button in the settings menu of the game and they will be able to advice you further!
