Let’s see. Have you already done this? Log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If so, I need a screenshot of your map and a screenshot when you opened Teams. Mind you, I need your screenshots, not another player's as every situation can be different. https://www.take-a-screenshot.org
Also we need to know:
What kind of device are you playing on? Make and model
What is your app version?
Is your device up to date?
What is your Game ID? HERE is how to find it.

Thanks @tdski . Now tap on the Teams icon in the top right corner (where the exclamation mark can be seen), so that Teams opens, then take a screenshot and post it here. Don't tap anywhere in Teams yet, only when you have opened the icon. Sorry for being cumbersome but only this way I can see what you see 😅
