Why are my gold bars disappearing?

Last evening I had 47, but this morning I have 37. Did I hit something by mistake? Not long ago I had 80 something, but didn't notice the loss of gold bars and do not remembering spending them. If I make an error, please let me know so I can avoid it in the future, or correct a possible technical error. In any case, I am puzzled. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that. Please make sure to be logged in to your account as sometimes it can happen to log out or log in to a different account and find a different amount of gold bars.
Is it possible you made a purchase that may explain the decrease of gold bars?
Does someone else have access to your account?
If you still have issues, please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app. Make sure to be logged in to the account that you use to play Soda with when you reach out to them so they can locate it and take a look at it.
How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost items". Explain your problem and send.

I see. did you check whether you received the automatic email? It might have arrived at your spam folder. You should respond to this email again so then a King employee can reach out to you.
