I can't open the bakery, it says that 'the bakery is now open' but it isn't!!!!!!

Regarding your player ID. It seems you're not saving your progress with an email address which allows you to restore levels should something happen to the app.
In any case you should be able to select "save progress" and still see the King logo at the top at the page. If you click twice on the logo, the ID appears π

Do you mean the game says bakery is closed but you receive notifications about your teammates baking the cake?
At the moment I'm not aware of issure related to BaC but let's try to find out what's going on π

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
