We are getting a message that "We are having trouble connecting....". I am not impressed. I also don't like the new version of the bakery. Because of the connectivity issue, I've not been able to play, but I don't like the look of it.

Oh no! Have you tried updating your game? Our team hasn’t had any issues but not all have the new bakery yet.

I am sorry you have this issue. In our team we have the same issue and I already reported it. What kind of device do you play the game on? Make and model please. What is your Player ID? 👉 here is how to find it.

I play on an IPad (see pic below). I am all updated and have updated the game a gazillion times to no avail. The other team players are having the same issue. Two people were able to play 6 games on the first layer, but that's it....no more. And my ID is 14613752017. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.

Yes, I have updated the game....a gazillion times. Every day, all day. It's not helping.

Have you tried emailing King for help? That has worked for me in the past. Sorry. This is a bummer.
