I lost boosters

After the new update, i lost a TON of boosters, this is normal, or a bug? I don't know

(I had, aproximately: 20 pre-level boosters of all types, except Stripped Candy, which i only had 3. 25 normal lollipop hammers, 19 stripped lollipop hammers and free switches, no shuffling bags and 10 omega lollipop hammers)

I would love to know if this is normal, like a seasonal reset

If you lost boosters you purchased, please contact King Player Support (customer service) direcly from your Soda app and ask them to send your missing items.

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
