candy crush soda has reset from level 250 back to level 1 on my pc when on facebook. it has not done so on my mobil on facebook.
Oh and you cant contact king through that link - after sending, it says to enter the recapture - you cant
I was on level 404 on both PC and Phone, then bought a new laptop and started playing on there with it synced to the other two accounts and yes it reset me back to level 1. The only way I can play 404 is by going to the map but then it crashes on me.
That shouldn't happen if the Facebook account you have synced to your mobile device is the same as the Facebook account you are playing on PC. I would check that first and then send a question to customer support if that doesn't work - https://care.king.com/en/contact
