Gold bar pack purchased by a 3 year old in error....i need a refund???

One of the kids picked up my phone and was watching minions videos on You Tube....However, it seems she has also purchased a gold bar pack worth £29.99.....She is only 3. I have just checked my account after borrowing £50 off my mum as I was short this month and now there is only £20 left....I cannot afford for to lose this....PLEASE HELP

Unfortunately it is King's policy not to return bought virtual goods as per our terms and conditions: https://king.com/#!/termsAndConditions
To prevent accidental buys it is suggested that you set up your Google Wallet/iTunes account with a pin code to prevent this from happening again.

This is something that needs to be changed, especially considering that phones get stolen.
