Kimmy's Pumpkin Hunt not counting/Kimmy's Arcade
Hi, my game's event: Kimmy's Pumpkin Hunt is not counting. I passed a lot of levels but it's always stays in zero in my list. Can you please help me with this?
I have try the standard troubleshooting method and after I passed 1 level, this have comes out :
But when I playing next level and so on, nothing is happen. I'm thinking maybe my phone's memory is low.

Hi there @teeweiping, sorry to hear that this is happening for you.
When you say that you've done the normal troubleshooting steps, just to be sure have you done the following:
- Restart: Close all apps and restart your device.
- Check for game updates: Check for any updates for your device & apps.
- Clear Cache: Clear the apps cache if possible.
- Check your device's memory. Please make sure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device. Removing any unused Apps, pictures and videos can improve game performance. This can vary between devices, but these steps should help.
If these steps do not help, I would also try to log in and out within the game, as it seems like the account may be having some issues.
Should that not solve things then please let me know so I can have another look.
