This morning the game was reset to lvl 1 by itself. How can I get them back? It's really frustrating ! I tried to connect with facebook again, but its not working. Still at lvl 1.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. Even removing the game from Facebook itself doesn't effect any synced progress.

If someones plays or logs in to their FB on your mobile, try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again.
