It might be that you need to update/clean or change your browser.
The most important thing is to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible. You can check this here: https://html5test.com. If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you should be fine. If not, then you will need to switch to another browser to ensure a smooth playing experience.

So I am am having this exact issue at level 190 shows the gum tiles, but no candies. This is the only one of your games I am having an issue with. The HTML5 test comes back with a 518. I have cleared my cache several times. That was the first thing I did. I am using Google Chrome. No other games have this problem. I'm currently playing Bubble Witch 3, and the Jelly Saga no issues.Hello David,
