Every single time my screen freezes in candy crush jelly I am about to win while losing my bonuses
How can this not be a planned way to stop someone winning??
This keeps happening over and over! You want us to keep playing but create frustration by allowing this. It ONLY happens when I have several wins in a row, am in the middle of another and have bonuses and am about to win again.
Many have the exact same problem and you suggest something to get playing again but nothing to regain what was lost or prevent this from happening again.
At this moment my screen is frozen in the middle of a game I am about to win.
I started recording it after it froze
Can you help me to avoid losing what I have gained before this freeze?

The point of losing hard won gains is not addressed in support.
There is nothing wrong with my device - everything is updated and I have been playing for many years.
WHY would I want to keeping playing if I know every single time I get ahead by playing (as opposed to spending $$$) the screen will freeze?
Ok, I am now able to play again but lost all my ‘level rewards’, which seems to be why this has issue not been fixed. It forces players to spend more money to get back to where they were before the freeze.
This is beyond frustrating, especially because we are expected to be consoled by ‘we are sorry you are experiencing this problem. Reboot to be able to play again.”
Support for this game does not care about our frustration and losses due to game deficiencies

Hello and welcome
I have had the experience of not closing the app when the game freezes. Just wait patiently and the game will continue. This means you don't lose anything and you can finish your game. If there are problems, you immediately tend to close the app. Just wait and it continues. I would advise you before entering the game, clear the cache and it will help you further. I kept the game open for so long, waiting for it to correct itself, that it just closed on its own. … while frozen!

I'm so sorry but unfortunately the manager is unable to find this game ID number can I please get your ticket number? Also may I ask do you always make sure you have at least 2 GB of space?
