Trouble
I have trouble receiving my weekly bonus if I come in first place on Candy Crush Saga why is this??? Last time? I came in first three times in a row and I never received anything. I sent multiple emails and they pretty much told me can’t help me out. I need to know what I need to change because it’s getting ridiculous and it makes me not wanna play the game.

Hi this is Sunday and I perchase 20 .00 plus tax played for 20 minutes and lost my 7 hours of playing because once again there is no new levels ....so wants again I loose all my time of playing ....I'm so passed off

That happened to me last week. Sad not getting rewards for hard work 😅 For me, I need not to be playing soda when the time is running out. I closed the game app 5 mins before. I then cleared cache before I logged back in (5 mins after the time runs out). Rewards were there waiting for me 😁🤞🤞🤞
