I understand how it can be very frustrating when these things take time, but King are looking into this problem and we hope they will have a fix soon.

Why is it taking so long to fix this "bug?!?!" I have spent a ton of money to buy boosters to finally get beyond level 970 and now I am back down to level 705. I would think that King would take this problem more seriously than they are. This is not good P.R.!

Clear the cache under settings > application manager > candy crush soda

To anyone having problems with your icon not advancing as you advance through game. You must replay and pass the level your icon is stuck on. That should automatically move your icon to the proper level you are on. This has happened twice to my husband and each time it has worked!
