How do I get credit for $1.99 Gold Bar purchase?

I was on level 675 of Candy Crush Soda Saga. I purchased the $1.99 Gold Bars. I was billed and right after the 5 moves were added, the game crashed for some reason and I never got my moves. The screen to play the game came up.

I want my $1.99 back or else I will delete this game before it rips me off again!
