[ENDED]🎄What do you enjoy doing during Winter Holidays? Win Gold!🎲

For Christmas, we will be having honey roast chicken for dinner , we haven’t had Turkey for a long time because the family got fed up having to have Turkey sandwich, Turkey soup, Turkey stew etc for days after Christmas. Hence, we now only have roast chicken for Christmas. We don’t have close relatives near us, hence, just the four of us for this festive season.

I have a small family so Christmas morning we have champagne with orange juice with breakfast, cook all day, bake cookies together...mostly I cook lol

We eat a big holiday Turkey and all the fixings late in the afternoon followed by opening of the presents, then we relax with our favorite Christmas movie. Then we play board games into the evening...not at all concerned about the messy kitchen LOL.

Only our youngest daughter is coming home this year. Our oldest daughter is newly married and will go to visit her husband’s family. We missed them last year due to a blizzard that kept them from flying home. We go to Grandma’s house on Christmas Eve to share finger foods and play a gift exchange game. My nephews play several instruments, so we usually hear Christmas songs. 🎄On Christmas Day, we open presents, stockings & do a jigsaw puzzle. 🎅🏻 We may go to church this year since Christmas is on a Sunday. Sometimes we watch ELF or another Christmas movie. We may have a fire in the Solo Stove later that night and roast marshmallows. 😋🔥 Just a quiet celebration with family. 🥰

During the Winter months I enjoy watching hockey games. I also enjoy cooking in the oven more during the Winter too.😊
