loading issue still going on

I have been reporting that Candy Crush Soda downloads but does not open now for a month. I get no answers or help from Facebook. other games have no loading issues. I need help

I'm having issues as well and when I tried to resolve it via suggestions, it wiped away the 20 hours of infinity play that I EARNED and PAID for and lost my PLAY STREAK 😭😭 I haven't missed one single day playing since I started and now it's gone!! And won't allow me to claim my reward, THIS keeps occurring. But I'm connected and playing otherwise just fine.

when Facebook does not like a comment or post they quickly know how to let you know however, they dont have the decency to respond to my many reports on my problem. just not nice.

Very sorry to hear about your experiences yesterday, unfortunately yesterday we ran into an issue which affected all of our games where players were unable to play for a few hours which affected a lot of players but has now been fixed.

Thank you for the quick response. Let me tell you that I have been sending reports constantly and writing to Facebook now for a few weeks regarding this issue. No one other than you and maybe another person who reads my pleas for help in Community have responded. I play this game on my desk top computer. Facebook. All my other games are downloading and opening so this most certainly can not be a computer issue.

- What is your Player ID? Find this by pressing settings, then double pressing the "King" logotype.
- What browser are you using?
- When you say you're getting a connection error, do you get any message of this?
If you can send any form of screenshot of the problem this is super helpful as well!

Thank you for reaching out to me. sorry but I am not very good at all of this but I think you are asking me where I play Candy Crush Soda? I play on a computer not a phone or I Pad. all my other Candy Crush games are fine.

Ok so you're playing on a computer! Are you playing on Facebook or have you downloaded the game on Windows?
- If you've downloaded the game on Windows, please check for updates to your computer to see if it's up to date.
- If you're playing on Facebook, it's recommended that you log out from the game and back into it again.

Oh boy I have to tell you , I am not that great with technology. did not learn it back in my day in school. but I get by. so, I play on Facebook and actually was thinking about logging out and back in again. Im just afraid to do anything I am not sure of so I will ask one of my Grandchildren to help me.
